These terms apply to the optional Inventio YouTube connection during controlled testing and, when approved and enabled, customer use. Last updated August 1, 2026.
A customer needs a Google account only if the customer elects to connect a YouTube channel. The WalkMix account remains the customer's Inventio identity for product access, billing, devices, and the Business panel.
The customer represents that they own or are authorized to administer the connected YouTube channel and that they have the rights needed for every video, audio track, image, title, description, thumbnail, and other material submitted through Inventio.
Connecting a channel does not itself publish a video. When customer publishing is released, Inventio will act on the customer's selected media and publication settings. The customer remains responsible for reviewing those settings and for the content sent to YouTube.
During controlled validation, customer publishing, uploads, queues, thumbnails, public visibility, and production launch remain disabled.
Use of the connection must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and applicable law. Google or YouTube may independently restrict a channel, video, or account.
The customer may disconnect YouTube from the Inventio Business panel or revoke WalkMix access from the Google Account security page. Disconnecting prevents new Inventio requests from using that connection; it does not delete videos already accepted by YouTube.
